Amount Refund: 1. For returns, COD charges are non-refundable. 2. Reverse shipping fee of ₹70 will be deducted from refunds to the original payment method.
3. If you choose a EXTRAALAYER Wallet refund, the full amount (excluding COD charges) will be credited without deducting the ₹70 reverse shipping fee.
• Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment source within 5–7 working days after processing (1–2 working days post item receipt).
• COD Orders: Refunded to the bank account details you provide within 7 working days of verification.
• Wallet Refunds: Credited within 2 working days after the return is received. Wallet refunds cannot be reversed to a bank account later.
• Incorrect bank details will delay the refund; if no correct details are provided within 7 days, the refund will be sent to your EXTRAALAYER Wallet.
• If the returned product fails quality checks, it will be sent back to you, and shipping will be charged.
• If any customer wants a refund for the exchange order, we provide EXTRAALAYER wallet option, where the Full Product amount will be refunded.
